Ilari has been providing local support to Canadian clients for over three years. He appreciates that his Orfer clients tend to be much like him – straightforward about the challenges they are facing with a problem-solving mindset. He enjoys the exploration of finding the ideal solution to optimize his clients’ operations on time and on budget. At seven years old, he bought his first computer and designed a game of hangman. He has been passionate about technology ever since. He has made Oakville, Ontario home with his wife, Marika, two sons in high school and a dog who is aptly named Hyper.

Prem works closely with his clients to develop the solution. Helping companies to accomplish their mission is extremely rewarding for him and he is always looking for more opportunities to do so. Prem is an Engineer with 15 years of global experience in Sales and Marketing, Projects, Supply Chain, Operations, and Business Development.

As Sales Manager at Orfer, he will be the first point of contact for Canadian customers to promote solutions and services, as well as customer acquisition and support.

Outside of the office, Prem enjoys dancing, travel, and badminton.

Matti has spent most of his 15-year career at Orfer serving customers. With a background in project management, he has discovered he is most driven to provide solutions for both their daily challenges and long-term development goals. He enjoys spending time with his wife and eight-year-old son who he coaches in soccer. When he arrives in Ontario, he would appreciate any customer advice on where to do the best fly fishing.
