High Client Satisfaction Scores and Commitment to Quality Work

We recently conducted a client satisfaction survey to gauge how our clients felt about our services, we also conducted a project satisfaction survey for the projects of 2022, after the project was delivered and we’re happy to report that the results were overwhelmingly positive!

Firstly, our clients were very satisfied with our expertise to develop their competitiveness, scoring us an impressive 4.3 out of 5. This is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, and we’re thrilled that our clients recognize the value we bring to their businesses.

Additionally, despite the global component shortage that has affected many industries, our clients remained very satisfied with the projects we delivered, scoring us another 4.3 out of 5. We’re committed to finding creative solutions to ensure that we continue to deliver high-quality work.

Overall, the average result for all the questions in the project satisfaction survey was 4.2, which we believe is a strong indication of the quality of service we provide.

Excellent Customer Service Ratings from Lifecycle Services Clientele

We also want to highlight the feedback we received from our lifecycle services clientele. They were extremely happy with the level of customer service they received at service events, scoring us an impressive 4.2 out of 5 while the average for the life cycle services survey was the same 4.2 out 5. We know that great customer service is key to building long-lasting relationships with our clients, and we’re thrilled that our efforts in this area are being recognized.
