Kalle Viitanen Orfer

Pekka Kettunen, M. Sc. Econ., has been appointed Sales Director at Orfer, Effective April 15, 2024. He will be responsible for leading and developing the profitable growth of project sales in collaboration with a team of skilled solution experts. Pekka will also serve as a member of the Orfer Executive Team, and he reports to CEO.

Sales Director

Pekka has a background in sales and business development and has previously worked at two different global MedTech companies with a solid track record of enhancing customer profitability through market automation. He spent the first half of his career in the military and law enforcement in various positions. Pekka holds a master’s degree in economics and business administration. People have been the common factor throughout his career.

Pekka prefers to work in a consultative manner, aiming to find the best possible solutions for his customers’ staff well-being, productivity, and the company’s profitability. Despite his commercial background, he describes himself as an engineer of his own life and has always enjoyed working with technical solutions, from building houses to motorcycles and RC cars.

In his spare time, Pekka maintains his fitness by swimming and cycling. He has two active sons who play basketball, a sport that has become a hobby for the entire family.
